About Reta
Raised in Nimbin and Ballina, Reta’s journey led her to Sydney, where she built a remarkable nursing career culminating in her role as director of nursing services for southern Sydney. Known for her intellect, honesty, and fierce loyalty, she fills her world with colour - thriving herb barrels, bright garden blooms, and an abundance of homegrown fruit and vegetables. In her sewing shed, with her cat and dog curled nearby, she stitches quilts for newly arrived refugee families and close friends.
