How the Process Works
Once you complete the enquiry form, I’ll follow up to clarify details and prepare your initial proposal/quote. Your form responses help me understand you, your needs, values, vision, preferences and what's most important to you.
This is a perfect chance to share any specific requests, ideas, or personal touches you're hoping for. Everything I create is bespoke, so don't be afraid to ask!
Please be aware that the minimum spend is $4,000 (GST n/a). T&Cs apply.
After actioning your feedback, I craft a final proposal. A 10% non‑refundable deposit secures your date, and from there, the creative journey and fun truly begins.
In the months leading up to your wedding, I stay connected with you as I plan and prepare sourcing exceptional seasonal blooms from Australian growers, conducting site visits and selecting styling pieces from vintage collectors, antique dealers, local artisans and my own collection. I also often collaborate with other creatives I love and trust to weave in special touches for your day.
From sculptural ceremony installations to abundant tablescapes and bespoke bouquets, every element is considered and personal.
A fortnight before your wedding, the final payment is due.
I personally deliver your flowers and handle all on‑site styling, supported by a team of skilled florists as needed to bring your vision to life.
At the end of the celebration, I can wrap your flowers for you or deconstruct arrangements into buckets of water so you and your guests can continue enjoying them - or follow any preference you have.
